In addition to the AEP (Area-Element-Pattern) framework, the ultimate shaping of One Blueprint also depends on the support of other integral parts including the application of integrated digital (planning) map system, the spatiotemporal info-grid system, and the supporting legal system. The integrated map system ensures that spatial intervention actions coordinate effectively through visualized information management; the spatiotemporal information grid system provides the unified framework for organizing and managing extensive intervention information; and the improvement of spatial governance legal framework offers essential institutional tools to support spatial intervention actions.
