Objective. It is of great practical significance to explore the excellent ergonomics system design for the increasingly complicated human-machine-environment system relationship. The design of ergonomics system is effective for armament producing. Through system analysis, the coordination of system elements and structure can create diversified design schemes. It is efficient to improve armament quality by pursuing the best scheme through system synthesis and optimization among various schemes. Method. This paper analyzes the program of developing high level ergonomics system and the characteristics of human, machine and environment factors. It also seeks the balance of each factor under limiting conditions, and sums up the system design method. Results. This paper elaborates the five basic processes, three aspects and eight basic methods used in the design of armament ergonomics system. Conclusion. The design of ergonomics system needs to make proper use of the organic connection between human, machine and environmental factors, and put the human factor first to obtain the optimal value of system parameters.
