The work efficiency of maintenance personnel is a significant component of the human-machine engineering design of aviation equipment, as it influences the support effectiveness of the equipment. Enhancing the maintenance job performance of maintenance support staff, lowering maintenance errors, and attaining safe maintenance of aviation equipment are all made possible by researching the work efficiency of maintenance workers. In order to successfully support the human-machine engineering design of aviation equipment, this study examines the important technologies used in the assessment and verification of the job efficiency of maintenance personnel. It also develops a matching index and method system.
