Objective. To study national and international advances in animal research on motion sickness. Method. Eighteen pieces of relevant literature were collected using databases such as NCBI and CNKI. Result. The pathophysiological features of kinesiology and its influencing factors were analyzed in depth from the pathogenesis of kinesiology in combination with different animal model modeling approaches. Conclusions. It systematically summarizes the application value and research methodology of animal models of motion sickness, and provides an important experimental basis and research direction for future mechanism research, drug screening and clinical intervention of motion sickness.
