In response to the problems in visible light imaging of targets under haze weather, the diameter of typical particle components in haze weather was analyzed and measured. Based on Mie scattering theory, the correlation between particle parameters and multiple scattered light polarization parameters was established using Monte Carlo method. Haze particles were collected, the particle size of the haze particles was measured with a microscope, and the change characteristics of polarization degree and transmittance when polarized light was transmitted under the condition of haze particles were analyzed. The polarization transmission and difference laws were obtained, which provided basic data and theoretical reference for other optical imaging through haze detection technologies.
