The demand and consumption of energy are always increasing, and there are many sources of energy. However, despite the rising demand for energy, nonrenewable energy sources create harmful atmospheric reactions. As a result, environmentally friendly energy sources become vital. Many researchers are currently experimenting to develop environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing sources of energy. India ranks fourth in the world in producing renewable energy, and in a recent announcement, the Prime Minister expresses support for clean, renewable sources of energy in electricity production. This paper reports a developed model that captures electricity from the kinetic energy of ocean waves. This model consists of a simple gear transmission system, a cylindrical float, a lever, a flywheel, a hydraulic system, and a generator. The up-and-down motion of the float is made possible by the kinetic energy of the waves. Through a hydraulic and simple gear train arrangement, the kinetic wave energy is transferred to the generator to produce electricity. The energy produced by the generator is stored in a battery to be used at the appropriate time. The gear mechanism is designed to provide maximum rotation for the generator shaft. This mechanism serves as a good example of utilizing renewable energy sources for environmental sustainability and has the potential to generate significant employment opportunities.

摘要
