The removal of 3D-printed parts from build platforms in Stereolithographic (SLA) printing poses significant challenges due to the strong adhesion of parts to the build platform. A device was designed that employs a guided sliding blade mechanism, effectively utilizing the wedge effect for safe and efficient detachment. This method minimizes damage to both the printed parts and the build platform, enhancing the efficiency and safety of the post-printing process. The efficacy of the design was demonstrated with multiple 3D-printed parts of different materials and sizes.
