This chapter introduced the translation, publication, and dissemination of Mao Zedong’s works in Japanese, and for the first time history of organizational translation and publication conducted  by Chinese Communist Party and Japanese Communist Party is reveal for the first time through this chapter. It also include after Sino Soviet split, how relationship between CPC and JCP was deteriorated but later restored. Hence, the cooperation on Japanese version of Mao’s works started new chapter for already long history of cultural exchange between both countries. Like the beginning of this chapter mentioned, the research on Mao’s work has already yielded many outcomes, such as Cheng Shenyuan (程慎元)Cheng Shenyuan（程慎元）’s Mass Publication of Mao Zedong’s Works in Japan—A Summary of One Hundredes of Translations of Mao Zedong’s Works in Japan, Liu Yuejin (刘跃进)Liu Yuejin（刘跃进）’s book.
