Diffuse Liver Diseases
摘要
Diffuse liver diseases refer to a diverse group of disorders wherein hepatic injury can ensue secondary to various processes ranging from storage disorders (e.g. fatty liver, haemochromatosis, amyloidosis), abnormal perfusion (e.g. congestive hepatopathy, Budd-Chiari syndrome), infection (e.g. viral hepatitides), inflammation (e.g. sarcoidosis, primary sclerosing cholangitis) to neoplastic infiltration (e.g. infiltrative HCC, lymphoma, metastases). Clinical manifestations can range from asymptomatic disease to severe complications such as cirrhosis, end-stage liver disease and portal hypertension. Imaging plays a key role in their diagnosis, prognostication and disease monitoring.
