A V2V real-time video stream overdata transmission optimization algorithm is designed to improve the quality of the receiver’s accident video playback. The method predicts the current transmission state based on kalman filter, and adds RTSS to make further accuracy of the prediction results. Mathematical analysis and simulation data show that this method can make the receiver get a better playback experience and improve the reliability and real-time transmission of video stream.

摘要
