Interrupted Sampling Repeater Jamming (ISRJ) is a sophisticated radar interference technique. This paper presents a countermeasure involving Random Subcarrier Frequency Coding Time–Frequency Encoded Multicarrier Signals (RSFC-MCPC) and matched filters, enhancing signal stealth and interference resistance. The approach combines waveform and filter design, employing chaotic coding for signal security at the transmitter and matched filtering for echo processing at the receiver. This method effectively suppresses interference, especially in complex scenarios with overlapping signals, achieving an average 5.5 dB improvement in signal-to-jammer ratio (SJR) over conventional MCPC techniques.

摘要
