Introduction
摘要
Gendered landscapes mark civilisational histories that remained ominously resolute through technological and scientific revolutions to be incorporated in the texts of modernity. The biological differences of male and female were answered long ago, when gene research showed that both the biological sexes share 99.688 percentage of their genes (Mukherjee 2016, pp. 480–481). But the debate did not die! The cultural construction of differences traditionally discoursed in binaries of masculinityMasculinities and femininityFemininities not only persisted but gained momentum.
