Exploring the Influencing Factors of Pupil Gratification Towards Elementary School Library Services: A TAM-Based Study
摘要
Primary school library is an important place for primary school pupils to acquire knowledge, and its service quality directly affects pupils’ reading behavior and habits. Understanding the gratification of primary school pupils with the library and its influencing factors is crucial for improving library services. Based on an integrated model of technology acceptance and the model of library user satisfaction and loyalty, we construct a hypothesis model of gratification influencing factors and verify its effectiveness through a questionnaire survey and structural equation model. The results showed that pupils’ perceived ease of use and usefulness of the library affects their willingness to use it, and their willingness to use and their own motives further affect their gratification by influencing their behavior in using the library. It is suggested to strengthen library management, optimize resource allocation, teach effective learning strategies, and increase the frequency of library use and reading promotion activities to better meet pupils’ reading needs and improve gratification.
