Cogenesis of Baryon and Dark Matter from Ultra-light PBH with Memory-Burden Effect

We consider a scenario where dark matter (DM) and baryon asymmetry of the Universe (BAU) can be generated simultaneously from evaporation of ultra-light primordial black hole (PBH) by incorporating the memory-burden (MB) effect. Although it is not possible to have successful cogenesis with hierarchical right-handed neutrinos (RHN), we show the viability of cogenesis with resonant leptogenesis and baryogenesis. Finally, we study the interesting gravitational wave (GW) signatures of the scenario.
