Utilizing recycled pavement materials has become a practical solution for maintaining and restoring roads. This method offers benefits such as conserving resources, preserving the environment, and keeping existing highway layouts intact. With the growing importance of natural aggregates, there’s a need to explore alternative materials that match or surpass conventional ones. Reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) is a viable option for constructing base and sub-base layers in highway pavement. When mixed with a stabilizer like cement, RAP improves the pavement’s ability to bear loads and distribute them evenly. To conclude, the current study incorporates various laboratory experiments using different cement concentrations (0%, 3%, 5%, and 7%) as a stabilizing agent.
