Performance Evaluation of Hybrid Framed Structures with and Without Friction Dampers

The analysis aims to assess the seismic performance of hybrid structures, focusing on parameters such as lateral load resistance, story displacement, and drift. The presence and absence of friction dampers in the structural system will be examined to understand their impact on enhancing seismic resilience. The study will also compare the overall feasibility of different configurations. By conducting a comprehensive analysis following Indian standards, the project seeks to identify the most effective structural configuration that emphasizes the safety, providing insights into the optimal use of materials and seismic mitigation techniques for high-rise buildings.
