Artificial intelligence (AI) in conservative dentistry and endodontics involves using the advanced algorithms, like machine and deep learning, to support diagnosis, treatment planning, and prognosis in procedures focused on preserving the tooth structure and treating dental pulpal pathoses. It enhances early caries detection, optimizes minimally invasive treatments, analyzes complex imaging, predicts outcomes, and improves precision in endodontic treatments (Boreak in, J Contemp Dent Pract 21:926–934, 2020), enabling more personalized, efficient, and accurate patient care. AI has a very good relevance to the modern world because it enhances efficiency and effectiveness greatly in many sectors. Starting from search engines, which utilize AI to provide the most relevant results, to voice assistants using AI in understanding and responding to user commands.
