This study evaluates the impact of modern urban interventions on the heritage precinct of Jagannath Puri, focusing on sustainable urban development practices. By integrating Sustainable Development Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities) and Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA), the research assesses the physical, social, environmental, and functional dimensions of heritage conservation. Using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) as the primary research methodology, the study identifies key variables and indicators affecting the heritage value. It aims to develop a balanced framework for preserving the cultural and historical integrity of the Jagannath Temple precinct while promoting sustainable urban growth and community engagement.
