Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is a chronic inflammatory rheumatic disease characterized by sacroiliitis and spondylitis, mainly manifesting as oligoarthritis in the lower limbs, enthesitis, etc. It is more common in young men, has a high expression rate of HLA-B27 antigen, and does not find rheumatoid factor in the blood. Joint involvement can be monoarticular, oligoarticular, or polyarticular. Often accompanying uveitis, psoriasis, and inflammatory bowel disease are considered extra-articular symptoms.
