Research on Digital Delivery of Modern Power Plant Security Design

With the deepening digital transformation of modern power plants, digital delivery has gradually become an emerging paradigm in security system applications. This paper analyzes the characteristics of power plant security system design and demonstrates digital delivery’s advantages in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving customer satisfaction. The digital deliverables primarily comprise structured data, drawings/documents, and models. Focusing on structured data, this study elaborates on its delivery foundations, key elements, formats, and processes, while preliminarily exploring the application of design data for access control systems and video surveillance systems during the installation and commissioning phase. Additionally, this article also points out the challenges faced by digital delivery of security design in terms of technology, management, and security, and provides suggestions and prospects for future development directions and trends.
