All-inside meniscus repair is a standardised technique to repair most meniscus tears with potential advantages of not having any additional incision made on the skin to secure the tear. However, they are expensive. The technique we describe is an economic and effective technique to repair both medial and lateral meniscus tears using an antegrade suture passer. The sutures used for the repair are standard 2-0 Fiberwire that is secured with standard simple knot tying technique within the joint that can titrate the tightness of the repair and thus reduce the chances of over constraining the repair.
