In this chapter, the simulation convergence due to mechanical structural dynamics of the upper platform is investigated. The phase analysis shows that the mechanical structural dynamics of the upper platform is phase leaded and therefore the simulation convergence happens. To compensate the simulation error, a mechanical structural dynamics based convergence compensation method is investigated. The stability condition is analyzed. Simulations and experiments are given to test the convergence compensation method.
