This article reviews the literature on space tourism to obtain a sophisticated analysis of macro- and micro-economic frameworks integrated into space tourism demand research. Using the systematic literature review method, journal articles published in the past two decades were scanned, reviewed, and selected. By analyzing 32 relevant articles, the results show a series of topics, concepts, and factors regarding space tourism demand from macro, micro, and macro and micro levels. This is the first research on analyzing economic frameworks in space tourism demand from both macro and micro perspectives.
