The emergence of new technologies has impacted various sectors, with the healthcare industry being no exception. In this paper, the design and the use of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) based on the blockchain technology within the scope of healthcare informatics is presented. The text has been made easier to read and at the same time clear the problem of how deeply technology has affected the industry of healthcare informatics is well articulated. It concerns the power of blockchain technology as a means of resolving challenges related to database security, interoperability among systems and confidentiality of patient data. Furthermore, it draws attention to the growing relevance of NFTs in several sectors and how they can be applied in the healthcare industry. The abstract then specifies the objectives of the research paper, which will be to develop and test a system for healthcare informatics based on blockchain and NFT technology. It addresses the design requirements for the embedding of blockchain and NFTs in the healthcare informatics system that include the development of a secure and permanent clinical data repository system. The analysis section estimates the effectiveness and efficiency of the developed solution. It examines how aspects such as data quality, data integrity, and data availability are influenced by blockchain and NFTs in a healthcare informatics perspective. The paper also looks at how feasible such a system would be in real life healthcare scenarios. Issues such as security and privacy are addressed along the text of the paper emphasizing the importance of protection of sensitive patient information and the law. One of the conclusions on the abstract is the sources of the further research and further chances for development. It highlights the promise regarding the widespread introduction of blockchain healthcare informatics and the need for further work to enhance and develop the proposed system.
