Designing Organizations that Thrive
摘要
Traditional organizational models are less than adequate in today’s volatile, complex environments, which require a different paradigm of organizational design, if organizations are going to thrive. The chapter highlights six core principles for making organizations future-proof. These are- leadership as purpose guardians, organizational resilience, value-driven operating models, flexibility in membership, continuous learning, impact measurement, and a culture rooted in diversity, inclusion, and global mind-set. These integrated principles serve as a strategic blueprint for creating cohesive, adaptable, and scalable organizations. It is argued that embracing these principles is likely to ensure long-term success and continued value creation for the stakeholder.
