Study on EFP Penetration Performance of TC4 Titanium Alloy/Copper Composite Drug Form Cover
摘要
The penetration effect of titanium/copper double-layer dome shell tandem explosive projectile (EFP) on the target plate was studied. The finite element simulation method uses Ls-Dyna numerical simulation software to analyze the penetration performance of series EFP. The three-dimensional modeling software Inventor was used to establish a charge model with a charge length diameter ratio of 1.2 and a shell of 5 mm, with a cone angle of 120° and a radius of curvature of 100 mm. It can be seen from the results that for the spherical missing medicine hood, the titanium alloy can effectively improve the opening size of the tandem EFP on the target plate. For conical hoods, the copper on the outside can increase the penetration depth of the tandem EFP into the target plate.
