In this study, we propose a mathematical model aimed at optimize route, minimizing the number of utilized vessels and the overall deployment cost of offshore supply vessels while ensuring sufficient coverage for weekly demands across multiple offshore rigs. By considering predefined constraints, including departure dates and routing decisions, a weekly schedule of supply vessel operations is developed. The selected method for problem-solving systematically tackles different aspects using a progression of models, starting from simpler ones. This approach aims to streamline the search process and expedite convergence. The paper contributes to improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness in managing offshore supply vessels. Based on findings the ultimate goal is to improve response times, ensure timely delivery of crucial supplies and personnel to offshore locations and manage risks effectively. Ultimately, the study aims to offer practical insights to maritime industry decision-makers, enabling them to adopt more effective and sustainable management practices within offshore supply chains.

摘要
