Course Delivery and Its Impact on Teachers
摘要
In PNG, where infrastructure and digital access vary significantly, the transitions to online and hybrid learning offer both opportunities and challenges. Delivery modes adopted in this project were dictated by the restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic and border closures. Each mode—aggregated on campus (A), distributed online across PNG (B), aggregated online (C), and aggregated off-campus (D)—had an impact on the participating teachers and their learning. This research provides valuable insights into how evolving delivery models are transforming professional learning and highlights the need for responsive educational policies.
