Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) is a non-destructive analytical platform to qualitatively and quantitatively characterize metabolites in a biological mixture. Recently, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) methods are gaining importance in the NMR-based metabolomics research. This comprehensive review compiles recent methods and application in the AI-based research related to the NMR-based metabolomics.
