Free solar energy is a blessing that we have in abundance. It is convenient to use the sun’s radiation that hits the earth’s surface for the good of human society. Solar hot water systems (SHWS) are a common gadget that uses solar energy. The most efficient alternative energy source currently in use is solar energy. The existing solar water heating systems are studied with their application. Currently, it is using hot water for many purposes like industrial, commercial and domestic. There are many resources which are used for heating water. Solar energy is one of the chief alternatives which replace the conventional energy resources. The solar water heating system is one of the technologies to harness the plenty amount of the free available solar energy. The solar heater follows the solar radiation, arrangement of solar system and geographical condition, etc. Therefore, in a design the solar water heating system is necessary as per above parameters. Problem faced in solar water is that flow is natural inside the tubes they can be affected their efficiency it takes time temperature increase, now we are using a centrifugal pump to force the natural flow inside the tubes as a result we seen that temperature rising time can decrease which can be a good result. It will be seen that experiment analysis of 6 days at the same time periods and it has been observed between 2 and 3 pm the temperature increase was average 0.8 °C and the max increase was found up to 1 °C at interval of 10 min.
