This Epilogue is the follow-up Chap. 7 study for latest development of IFC of Hong Kong. As readers might have sensed, Chap. 7 is largely based on a published article of 2013. Nevertheless, the theoretical framework and the key indicators we use in decoding IFCs stay valid. They have, as is shown in this epilogue, accurately portrayed and predicted the high time and rapid surge of IFCs in China and the Asia Pacific, specifically Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.
