In a time when digital data is essential, missing crucial information can have serious repercussions for both people and businesses. The goal of this proposed work, “Development of Techniques to Retrieve Lost Data during Cyber Attack,” is to build a strong system that will stop data loss and enable effective data recovery. The software tool is developed comprising two main building blocks, viz., Administrator (Admin) and a User. The capabilities like file uploading, secure login, user registration, and the ability to see any or all uploaded files are all included in the User module. Users can also view requests, responses, deleted files, and restore lost data to manage their data and have complete control over their information. The Administrator can monitor user administration, file supervision, and data retrieval, which are among the administrative features offered by the Admin module. The proposed work provides a smooth and safe environment for data management and recovery by merging various elements. In addition to improving data security, this system guarantees dependability and accessibility, meeting the critical requirement for effective data retrieval solutions in the current digital environment. The lost data during any of the cyberthreats is easily recovered by exploiting the hidden data entity storage which is mainly dedicated to the retrieval by symbolic object representation. The algorithm ensures data replication, mirroring, translation-lookaside-buffer, and coherence of the data.
