Mitigating such risks necessitates a comprehensive evaluation of both supplier quality and sourced product. Dependency on foreign suppliers heightens the susceptibility to disruptions, making the assessment of supplier credibility crucial. This research focuses on alternative sourcing strategy, considering key metrics such as supplier capacity, product quality and overall cost. This study introduces an approach employing a Multi-Criteria Decision-Making framework using Fuzzy TOPSIS-MABAC so as to choose the most appropriate supplier. The output of this study will provide a foothold to enhance the supply chain sustainability and resilience.
