The COVID-19 pandemic is triggering extraordinary human and economic costs in all countries and societies across the world and it’s entails maintenance of essential cooling levels for highly temperature-sensitive coronavirus vaccines across production, storage, transference, and distribution processes. COVID-19 vaccine faces various risks while transferring and stowage, thanks on the way to the fussiness of vaccines, that must be upheld at recommended to safeguard the eminence. There is a great significance in evaluation of drug and choosing, different cold chain logistics suppliers has to confirm the quality of vaccines and diminish the stowage risk. Solving such a multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) problems using hybrid multi-criteria decision-making strategy is proposed with fuzzy analytical hierarchy process, combinative distance-based assessment (CODAS) approach and Gray Relation Analysis to finalize among the cold chain logistics leaders for stowage and transportation of COVID -19 Vaccine. 摘要

The Fuzzy–CODAS-GRA-MCDM-based Hybrid approach and fuzzy multi objective technique can be used for alternative selection and order allocation in real-world applications.
