De-Risking New Product Development (NPD) Processes Using Design Structure Matrix (DSM)
摘要
This study explores how the Design Structure Matrix (DSM) can enhance the efficiency of new product development processes within a prominent automotive manufacturing context. By applying optimization algorithms to a Binary DSM, the research identifies opportunities to rearrange activities for improved outcomes. These findings offer insights for refining and streamlining new product development strategies within the automotive industry, drawing from a specific organizational context.
