The pursuit of operational efficiency has become a fundamental necessity for Micro Small Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) looking to maintain a competitive edge in the dynamic landscape of modern industrial processes. Process industries necessitate a thorough approach to performance analysis that incorporates both qualitative and quantitative approaches. Value stream mapping (VSM) and a simulation tool are applied in this work to examine the productivity and efficiency of a process industry. Varieties of wastes are the one of the main threaten that facing by the MSMEs. By combining VSM and the simulation approaches, this study aims to add to the body of knowledge by offering a thorough and reliable method for the performance analysis of a jack fruit process industry. In an increasingly competitive business environment, this study aims to offer a road map for sustainable growth and profitability through waste reduction, resource optimization, and operational efficiency enhancement.
