From poverty to moderate prosperity, the progress is not only the increase of material wealth, but also the increase of happiness index, and a joyful and harmonious rural community is an important source of happiness. Based on a field survey in Jiangjia Village, this paper takes the bamboo processing production chain of the village as a clue to play back the experience of a poor household who started his own business in 1991. While getting rid of poverty himself, he drove his neighbors to get rich together, reflecting the unity of economic and social benefits, and the unity of material and spiritual poverty reduction in the targeted poverty reduction.
