This chapter discusses the manufacture of polyurethane (PU)/HNT nanocomposites with optimum factor-level combinations via Taguchi design of experiments (DoEs) according to L18 orthogonal array with the neglect of factorial interaction. The discussion was focussed on dimensional deviations of gauge section width, thickness, circularity, cylindricity, as well as surface roughness of PU/HNT nanocomposite dog-bone and cylindrical samples based on ASTM D638 (Type V) and ASTM D5963 standards via fused deposition modelling (FDM).
