The micro grids are modified in the innovative grid design that has drawn growing global interest over the last 20 years. Since the early twenty-first century, however, fuel cells (FCs), one helpful energy source, have been implemented for power generation. There are several issues in electricity production, power imbalance, gas emission and improved power quality in the micro grid. Fuel Cell is becoming a more efficient generation of power quality in the form of clean energy source in several fields. The fuel cells are used in various applications in producing electricity in the form of hydrogen energy. Based on a survey, fuel cells have been identified with their power scale and integrated into artificial intelligent micro grids using various approaches. In addition to the benefits that come from combining the two technologies, there are a number of cross-domain barriers that must be solved. FCs-based data, the benefits of including FCs into micro grids are explained in this review study. After that, the difficulties and present study on FCs and FCS-based micro grids are discussed.
