In today’s digital age, a majority of people participate in digital platforms like social media sites to connect, communicate and collaborate with others. In this scenario, the way in which we participate in and present ourselves in the digital world is as significant as, if not an extension of our real-world interactions and social identity. Our digital Persona, which is how we are represented on various digital platforms, is a reflection of who we are to our digital audience that can include one’s peers, friends, colleagues, potential employers or future collaborators. This chapter discusses the concept of a digital Persona and illustrates how to curate a digital Persona. The sub-section sheds light on the art of maintaining a digital Profile using different social media platforms. With the permeation of digital infrastructure in our daily lives, the art of maintaining one’s digital Profile has become an important skill which is required to effectively connect and communicate with others on social media platforms. By learning to curate one’s digital Persona, an individual can participate confidently in today’s digitally connected world, knowing that they are represented in it in a holistic manner.
