The study of technological tools has been taking place significantly with the advancement of technology since the mid-twentieth century. However, its analysis also goes hand in hand with computer science and engineering development, seeking to cover the deep interaction between people and tools. Therefore, this chapter aims to perform an organized and selective process by developing various No-Code and Low-Code technological tools. The objective is to provide the researcher with a structured matrix focused on the interaction performed with both types of tools, and the fact that they are efficient and offer ease of use to the user. Different databases and specialized search engines were used to collect research from 2018 to 2024. In conclusion, the chapter will provide information to people who wish to be aware of the advancement of technologies based on tools that require little or almost no programming skills, making technology management more accessible and achievable for everyone in the future.
