For resource-rich countries like Qatar, which faces escalating energy demands, this shift is critical. The Qatari government acknowledges this urgency and is exploring renewable energy possibilities, with solar energy standing out due to its significant potential. This paper proposes an AI-powered renewable mini-grid model aimed at optimizing community solar projects in Qatar. Furthermore, we introduce a novel algorithm, Algorithm X, designed to tackle the computational challenges associated with large-scale energy simulations, demonstrating significant improvements in execution time and resource efficiency.
