This study explores how digital transformation, through the integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain, and automation, is reshaping service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in the banking and finance sectors. While prior research addresses the benefits of digitalization, there remains a gap in understanding how these technologies specifically impact client interactions and service effectiveness. This paper aims to fill that gap by employing a mixed-method approach, incorporating qualitative interviews with industry experts and case studies of financial institutions. The findings demonstrate that AI-driven automation improves service delivery times and enhances customer engagement, while blockchain strengthens transactional security and transparency. Additionally, the study examines the regulatory challenges faced by institutions, particularly in Islamic banking, where compliance with both financial and religious regulations is essential. Practical recommendations are offered for financial institutions seeking to align technological adoption with operational goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs. This research provides valuable insights into how banks can leverage digital strategies to enhance both operational efficiency and client satisfaction, ensuring competitiveness in an evolving digital landscape.
