Enhancing Hospitality Service Experiences: Exploring Context-Aware Systems Based on Smart Accommodation Framework
摘要
Digital technologies enable the hospitality industry to transform the resident experience and service process. This study investigates the components of smart accommodation services and explores user preferences in conjunction with context-aware systems. Through a literature review and framework construction, we conducted a case study of existing hotel accommodation services. The comprehensive results facilitated the development of a standard for evaluating smart levels. Based on focus group interviews, five levels of smart accommodation were defined. It was discovered that the facilities of current hotel smart services are similar, and contextual interaction is considered a high-level smart because it can provide deeper personalized services and utilize richer contextual information to optimize the experience. This study highlights the role of context-aware systems in improving hotel service quality and analyzes the smart level standards. The findings emphasize the importance of comprehensive smart service systems in the hospitality industry, offering insights and reference base data for optimizing the resident experience and emerging trends in hotel services.
