Anthropomorphic is Always Better? Effects of Financial Robo-Advisor Types on Investors’ Online Finance Investment Behavior
摘要
Internet financial management is booming. Many wealth management companies have launched a variety of intelligent financial robo-advisors to help users in asset allocation and choice of financial products. This research designed two types of financial robo-advisors, humanized and un-humanized, and investigated the changes of consumers’ financial investment behaviors when they face the advice of different financial robo-advisors, and the impact of investors’ risk preference through questionnaires. The results showed that compared with the humanized robo-advisor, the un-humanized robo-advisor had a stronger impact on investors, but only found for investors with low-risk preference.
