This study investigates the transformative applications and challenges of artificial intelligence (AI) in video content creation. By reviewing literature and conducting qualitative interviews with industry experts, five major pain points of AI in video production were identified: data privacy, ethics and copyright, content quality, technical limitations, and creative limitations. The findings highlight the necessity to enhance AI algorithms, improve the integration of human creativity, establish transparent and fair usage policies, and implement robust data protection measures. Addressing these challenges is crucial for fully leveraging AI’s potential in video con-tent creation, ensuring sustainable innovation and fostering development within the media industry. Future research should prioritize these areas to promote effective and ethical use of AI in the field.
