In this study, we developed a kiosk with AI technology to provide voice guidance, enhancing the accessibility of kiosks for the elderly. We analyzed the user experience of the elderly compared to a kiosk without AI technology. According to the results of the experiments on 20 elderly people over the age of 60, there was a statistically significant difference between the two kiosks, with the AI kiosks achieving higher average scores. This suggests that the elderly perceive higher satisfaction, ease of use, usefulness, and fun when using AI kiosks than General kiosks. Additionally, the voice guidance provided when difficulties are detected helps reduce difficulties and psychological anxiety during use. The findings of this study can be used to utilize AI technology and improve accessibility when designing kiosks for the elderly.
