The aging of the population is accelerating, the burden of social care is increasing, the incapacity rate of the elderly is rising, and solving the problem of caring for the disabled elderly has become an important part of social care, so it is very important to explore the real needs and preferences of the disabled elderly in the community. Using interviews and questionnaires to conduct research on the community’s disabled elderly, establish a typical user profile based on the results of the research, analyze the pain points and needs of the disabled elderly home care, and design a product for the home health management of the disabled elderly, including hardware and software interface design, to maintain the health and safety of the community’s disabled elderly at home, and to provide a design case for the construction of the elderly elderly care service system for the disabled.
