This section outlines the specific methods used within this research. The overall purpose of the chapter is to provide a robust rationale for selecting the research process to meet the research aim and objectives. The research design of this book is proposed based on the framework proposed by Saunders et al. (2007) as the topic of this chapter (Saunders et al., 2007). Therefore, the methods applied in data collection and analysis are presented after describing the research design process.
