It mediates the interaction between residents and the state, maintains equitable opportunity, and forms the connective tissue that enables day-to-day living. Social infrastructure is evaluated by its results, such as how people access justice, how labour markets change [1], how institutions are trusted, and how security is provided to everyone, not just a select few, in contrast to physical or digital infrastructure, which are frequently praised for their observable form and technological innovation. Its resilience, reactivity, and inclusivity are its strongest points rather than prominence.
